tysonWine Weekend 2018 celebrates a culinary partnership between celebrity French chef and author, Bernard Guillas, and our very own Tyson Grant of Parkshore Grill


Tyson Grant has been cooking professionally for over 20 years but it was winning the prestigious title of “Best Chef of Tampa Bay” in 2001 while cooking at the Grill at Feather Sound in Clearwater that rose him to Top Chef status here in the Tampa Bay area. Chef Tyson, a third generation ‘Burger (yes they do exist!) is partner and Executive Chef at Parkshore Grill and has helped Steve Westphal open three restaurants since then, 400 Beach Seafood & Taphouse, The Hangar Restaurant and Flight Lounge and most recently Café Gala at the new Dali Museum.
